FlexiCem

It is an elastic cement system of normal density that allows you to create cement stone with modified elasticity properties, provide an improvement of cementing oil and gas wells, especially during multi-stage hydraulic fracturing operations. It is higher resistant to fracture due to changes in Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio.

PROPERTIES OF CEMENT STONE

Slurry density – from 1.8 g/cm3 to 2 g/cm3
Compression strength at 60°C after 24 hours is not less than 19 MPa
Thickening time at 60°C – adjustable

PACKAGING AND STORAGE CONDITIONS

FlexiCem is packed in soft containers weighing up to 1 ton, equipped with a double polyethylene liner. The product should be stored in a dry place, away from moisture, open flames and heating appliances. After the bag has been opened, it must be carefully closed to avoid damage to the product. The shelf life of the product is not less than 12 months.

RESTRICTIONS CONCERNING THE USAGE

Operating temperature range: from 15°С to 110°С

USAGE

FlexiCem is recommended for use in cementing processes of technical and flow strings in intervals with increased loads on cement stone.

FlexiCem Light is characterized by high sedimentation stability, reduced water loss and low permeability, which has a favorable effect on the cementing interval results
