ThermalCem

This is a cement system that allows cementing of well sections at temperatures above 110 ° C. Within high temperatures, traditional Portland cements are susceptible to strength regression and destruction of the cement stone structure. The TNS system, due to special inorganic additives, is resistant to this effect.

PROPERTIES OF CEMENT STONE

Slurry density – from 1,8 g/cm3 to 2 g/cm3
Compression strength at 110°C after 24 hours is not less than 23 MPa
Thickening time at 110°C – adjustable

PACKAGING AND STORAGE CONDITIONS

ThermalCem is packed in soft containers weighing up to 1 ton, equipped with a triple polyethylene liner. The product should be stored in a dry place on pallets, away from moisture, open flames and heating appliances. After the bag has been opened, it must be carefully closed to avoid damage to the product.
The shelf life of the product is not less than 12 months.

ADVANTAGES

Prevents leaching of calcium hydrate and, as a result, regression of cement stone.
Due to special high-temperature retarders, the thickening time is varied to the proper one, even with account taking of high bottomhole temperatures.
