LLC "NEFTESERVICE" provides laboratory services
Any binding materials, cements, additives can be tested. Testing is carried out according to both API 10A/ISO 10426-1, API 10B(2-6)/ISO 10426(2-6), GOST 31108, GOST 26798.1-96, GOST 1581-96 standards, and non-standard methods developed in accordance with the Advanced Global Practices of Well Cementing.
Additionally, we offer services for equipping and assembling both mobile and stationary laboratories, installation, calibration/certification of laboratory equipment, its repair, and personnel training.

To ensure reliable zone isolation during well construction in various geological conditions, the engineering team of LLC "Nefteservice" provides engineering and technical support in design development, conducts a complex of laboratory tests according to GOST 1581-96, ISO 10426-1,2, API 10A, 10B, audits during well cementing operations, and develops well cementing programs.

THE SUPERVISION DEPARTMENT OF LLC "NEFTESERVICE" ENSURES THE CONTROL OF WORKS EXECUTION AT THE CLIENT'S SITE,
including all stages of well cementing. Represents the direct interests of the customer.
Sampling water, dry cement slurry, cement solution, and buffer fluids according to the Customer's instructions, with mandatory preparation of a sampling report

On-site audits for cementing at the Customer's sites according to the Technical Specifications
Monitoring compliance with the plan for casing string, tailpipes, bridges, and RIR descent
Monitoring drilling fluid parameters and the number of circulation cycles before cementing
Monitoring compliance with technological regulations during cementing
Monitoring compliance with the well cementing program requirements
Unplanned audit of the CMT section with the provision of a detailed report in case of emergency situations

Most cement slurries have a general purpose and require additional adjustments to fully meet wellbore conditions.
