It is a cement system that allows cementing sections of the well in aggressive, corrosive environments. This system counteracts the destruction of cement during exposure to hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide, preventing cement regression and ensuring the sealing of the productive horizon.

Chemical description
CCS (CORROSION-RESISTANT CEMENT SYSTEM) is a multi-component mixture of materials, predominantly of inorganic origin.
Physical properties
Appearance: powder, ranging from gray to dark gray color Solubility in water: partial
Properties of cement stone
Density of cement slurry – from 1.8 g/cm³ to 2 g/cm³. Compressive strength after 24 hours at 60°C – not less than 19 MPa. Setting time – adjustable.
Advantages
Increased sulfate resistance of the cement slurry.
Active retention of calcium hydroxide in the cement stone composition.
Resistance to pore formation, preservation of structure (solid phase).
Usage limitations
Working temperature range from 15°C to 110°C Cyclic temperature range from 110°C to 250°C
Packaging and storage conditions
The Corrosion-Resistant Cementing System (CCCS) is packaged in soft containers (МКР) weighing up to 1 ton, equipped with triple polyethylene lining. The product should be stored in a dry place on pallets away from moisture, open flames, and heating devices. After opening the МКР, it is necessary to ensure the packaging is sealed to prevent product spoilage. The product's shelf life is at least 12 months.
APPLICATION
Ideal for cementing technical and operational columns in aggressive environments.
Corrosion-resistant cement system has increased early and final strength of the cement stone.
Not subjected to the sequential process of cement hydrolysis dissolution, there are no exchange reactions between carbonates and cement stone.
